MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) emerged from the open educational resources movement. They allow thousands of students to take online courses simultaneously. MOOCs are open to anyone and are flexible, as students can learn at their own pace and connect with others. There are two main types - xMOOCs focused on honors certificates and content delivery, while cMOOCs emphasize student-generated content and knowledge creation. MOOCs can benefit both students and teachers by providing accessible educational resources that can be used anywhere, anytime.

• The mooc course that I am interested in doing is a mathematical mooc
which is called algebra
• I am interested in solving maths problems because they reflect the very same
