The motto was “Frotcom Team going full speed Case Study
ahead” and I think it conveyed the spirit of the DPD Trading Ltd adopts Frotcom
meeting. In fact, seeing so many enthusiastic to monitor their sales activities
Frotcom Partners made me feel quite proud of
what we all achieved in the last few years.
You see, it’s not just about the money, it’s about This and much more…
trust, quality and teamwork.
Don’t take me wrong, I’m very happy about the business growing worldwide and
Frotcom being established as a reference in the countries where we currently are.
But the comradeship, the great bonding between Frotcom Partners from all over the
world is what really touched me. Trust, quality and teamwork. That’s why we’re
different.
As I write these words, I see other companies competing in the vehicle tracking market
and struggling to get their money, no matter what. “It means selling out and giving
customers a poor service? So be it! As long as we get the contract!”
In the meeting room, as I heard each Frotcom Partner explaining how they were
conducting the business in their country, one thing was crystal clear: Frotcom is now a
reference not only as a great product, but also for superior after sales service.
From Romania to Cyprus, from Mauritius to Angola, Frotcom is proud of not letting
customers down. Maybe Frotcom is not the cheapest solution in the market. For sure
we’re not. Some companies will prefer cheap to Frotcom. We’re fine with that.
But ask any Frotcom customer if we have let them down.
That’s why in most countries Frotcom sales are the result of mouth-to-mouth.
Customers recommend Frotcom to other companies. We don’t need to advertise much.
And that’s also why the Frotcom distribution network continues to expand. As you can
read in this issue of Roadmap, Frotcom South Africa just joined in.
Again, it’s not just about the money. It’s about trust, quality and teamwork.
A big thank you to all Frotcom Certified Partners.
