Opera)onal  Consul)ng   Lighthouse  Consul)ng  has  consulted  with  many  law  firms,   collec)on  agencies  and  debt  buyers  over  the  years.  Our   focus  is  on  opera)onal  effec)veness  resul)ng  in  increased   profits.     We  have  been  able  to  reduce  costs  while  increasing  liquidity   in  law  firms,  agencies  and  debt  buyer  strategies.  OMen  these   are  long  term  agreements  las)ng  6-­‐12  months  with  mul)ple   ini)a)ves  to  increase  efficiency  while  genera)ng  con)nued   increasing  revenues.   This  Consul)ng  is  meant  to  show  increases  in  revenues   propor)onally  to  the  cost  of  the  improvements.    Cost  of   services  can  be  revenue  driven  by  sharing  increases  in   revenue  over  )me  which  provides  a  success  guarantee.
