partnership in the delivery of services to newcomers in Parkdale-Trinity

a genuine “Collaboration Culture,” including clarification of the LIP’s role in
support project coordination and funding proposals

STRATEGY #2 – LANGUAGE: Increased access to suitable English language training, interpretation/translation services
& services in first language for newcomers in the area
Service Coordination (LINC/ESL, interpretation, language services)
• Oversee the comprehensive updating of the English language training services
contained in the website’s Services Directory, and use this as the basis for the
development of inventories of the following services in the Parkdale-Trinity area:
- Conversation Circles
- Lower Level & Literacy language training services
