is given to HSE issues during project / contract proposal or bidding preparation or

Environmental policy of management including Hazops Study, Risk Analysis,

• In addition to above we have implemented LAN , WAN and EPR in our HPCL which has
also helped us in converting our raw data into information right as the users time in the
manner desired which was also one of important aspect in controlling usage variance.

department, DG Fasli and Pollution control department.

4. • I have about 15 years experience in implementation of Factories Act 1948, Workmen
compensation Act 1923, State Factories Rules, SMPV Rules, Petroleum rules.
• I am a qualified lead Auditor OHSAS 18001 from DNV and Internal Auditor programme
ISO 9000:2000 and EMS 140001.
• My experience includes industries categories as Major Hazard Industries where storage
and handling in bulk of hazardous chemicals like Chlorine, Methenol, Ammonia, Neptha
and hazardous substances such as Mercury is done. Responsible for fire prevention
measures implementation.
• We have successfully implemented ISO 9001 : 2000 , EMS 14000: 2004 , OHSAS 18001
certification from DNV.

rectifying shortcomings observed.
