the story something we can engage?

  • 4. action what is to be done base on the board? does it track actions and follow up? can everyone instantly tell?
  • 5. currency what are the visuals? are they clean and clear and standard? do they mean the same thing to everyone?
  • 6. ease are the metrics and actions and tracking simple to update? easy to see? effortless for all to interpret?
  • 7. story does the board tell a simple coherent story? does it have intuitive flow? is the story something we can engage?
