4. Services Mt. Vernon Internal Medicine prides itself on our flexibility and customer service. To schedule an appointment of if you have any questions please call us at 703.780.2800. Our offices are open 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our Springfield office is open on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. The laboratory is open from 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you are coming to our office for laboratory tests or immunizations authorized by one of our Physicians or Nurse Practitioners, you do not need an appointment. Mt. Vernon Internal Medicine does not accept uninsured new patients. Co-payments are expected at the time of your visit. For all test results we ask that you make a follow-up appointment.
