What's expected for today
1. Explain the formation of a coastal cliff with:
Diagram/s + explanation in complete sentences
                                      80% accuracy

2. Predict what landform would be created if a
  cliff keeps retreating inland.
Explain how this cliff is formed using diagrams and
           complete sentences (10min).

                                Hunstanton, Norfolk

Cliff: let's review
               (use a different ink color)
Diagram/s: Fig. 7.13A-C on textbook p. 142 is
 acceptable. You must have:
  
Labeled the diagram/s: “Figure 1: Formation of a
      coastal cliff”
  
Labeled all features: land, sea, high tide, low tide,
      notch/cave, overhang/roof, sediments, cliff
  
Draw dotted lines showing the previous state of
      the rock face
Cliffs: let's review
Written explanations should REFER to the
 diagrams, using phrases such as:

    “Figure 1 shows...”

    “In Figure 1...”

    “Looking at Figure 1”

    “With reference to Figure 1”

If the cliff continues to recede inland,
how would the coast look like?

Answer this question in your Geography journal:
Is the shore platform formed by
        erosion or deposition?
         Why do you say so?
