This document summarizes an institutional management software system developed for the Technical Institute Our Lady of Manare. The software was created using Visual Basic 6, Flash CS3, and Access 2010 to facilitate evaluation of the institution's executive management, academics, administration, finances, and community engagement. It stores information electronically instead of paper to save resources and make the evaluation process more efficient. The software was found to greatly benefit the institution and optimize the evaluation of various processes.

ABSTRACT: The software (Institutional Management Systems) aimed at the
educational community Technical Institute Manare Our Lady, was developed in
the programs, Visual Basic 6, Flash CS3 with Action Script programming
system 2.0, Access 2010.

JUSTIFICATION
This project is carried out to facilitate the evaluation of the efforts of the
institution, through the development of software , together with a database
capable of implementing institutional assessment, all aspects that should lead
as executive management, academic , administrative and financial
management , community management. With this software saves resources
because it is magnetic media which is easy and practical, its use because
Visual Basic 6 is very comfortable to handle and the database worked in Access
2010 to store the various steps, with teachers of the institution.
DEFINITION
This project was developed and applied in the three venues which form the
Technical Institute Our Lady of Manare, the software evaluates the institution in
the areas of executive management , academic management, administrative
and financial management , community management , enhancing the process
assessment taking into account the aspects that sets the education ministry.

2. SPECIFICATIONS:
This software was made in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program with the help of
Photoshop, Photoscape for adjusting the GUI, also has a database containing
basic information about the people who evaluate the various steps.
CONCLUSION
With the development of this software was determined to be of great benefit to
the institution and to optimize the evaluation of the various steps.
