It has long been the vision of Intellex to move towards one integrated “data platform”
for processing, analysis and reporting, where we aim to “bring down the wall” between
offline and online report production/distribution. In the past these have been two very
different worlds involving different techniques, different providers, different platforms etc.
However, we have now developed a unique data management and reporting solution that
covers users every need from powerful online analysis and insight capability, dynamic
reporting functionality, right through to project documentation distribution. Combined with
the power of our offline reporting and automated PowerPoint generation, we can now offer
you a level of integration not seen within the Market Research industry before.

 Widget driven online front interface allowing for fully customizable client homepage
 Agency or end users can include charts/tables from different areas of the portal and combine these to
make a personalized front page.
 Upload data files in seconds or link directly to data capture units or to central FTP server for live
reporting
 Create dynamic, interactive tables from simple „drag and drop‟ functionality. „Drill down‟ to view „client
sheets‟ (respondent level data) or conduct „on the fly‟ table recoding. Fully customizable table options
– look and feel, brand coloring, layout.
 Apply weighting, filters, target groups, nested tables, and sort and top tables
 calculate averages, standard dev., significance, indices
 Give full analysis environment to your clients to allow them to conduct further analyses to derive key
insight.
 Software allows for full integration with Intellex „offline‟ reporting and analysis solutions.

 Upload your own table templates or select charts from „drop down‟ menus within software
(incorporated by Silverlight). Apply charting „effects‟ to enhance look and feel and overall user
experience.
 Create a chart from a table with one click and work within the „report clipboard‟ to determine
which information to include in your report and how. Reports can contain tables, charts,
gauges and free text.
 Charts/reports update automatically as new data sets are added (whether uploaded manually
or appended from data capture unit or „data dump‟ from FTP server).
 Export to Excel and PowerPoint.
 Upload background documentation for your clients to download.

7. Dynamic Research Manager - Online Distribution:
 Set up companies, individual user accounts, user names and pass words for use within
online front interface
 Include hierarchical client log-ins to allow access to certain reports and restrict access to
others
