An Academic Technology Liaison (ATL) promotes and supports teaching technologies at their university. They provide training on tools like Blackboard, lecture capture software, and classroom response systems. An ATL also assists faculty with redesigning existing courses, developing educational multimedia, and facilitating the transition from traditional to online courses. In the future, an ATL may offer additional support sessions on using tools in Blackboard and copyright issues. They are interested in the faculty's ideas on how the ATL can best support teaching with technology.
