Grouping Students:
7th grade was split into 2 sections. Twins were split up,
along with some “best friends.”
Seating arrangement where the better students sit
towards the back, and the students who aren’t
achieving at levels satisfactory at the front and in his
view from his desk.
Factoring in advanced and less advanced
material:
Focuses more on going after the students who are
less interested in the content.
The advanced students do not lose interest
Diversity within the classroom:
Mostly white students from the area in 7th grade
Some who are Latin American, but speak very good

Still expected to behave appropriately in the gym.
