Avoid making young plants too wet; they are slow to develop
and prone to rotting. Water plants after flowering starts to
make pods more tender
GROW PLANT
Suggested varieties: Tetragonolobus purpureus (botanical name)
Sow seed 1cm deep in pots and transplant, or sow in single
or double rows. Space plants 15x30cm apart. Choose fertile
soil in sunny site

Regularly cut off pods when 2-3cm long. Longer pods are
stringy. Pods are easier to pick in the evening as the leaves
fold downwards
