Mystery Shopping in the UK, USA and Canada
1. Do you enjoy shopping? But do you
get annoyed at slow and surly
service and receiving shoddy goods?
It’s payback time!
Why not consider becoming a “mystery shopper”? There are many
reputable independent agencies out there who need people as “service
evaluators”. The one we recommend is the Mystery Shopper Agency
and covers big retail and restaurant outlets across the UK, USA and also
Canada.
After some training guidance, you’ll be given a list of stores or
restaurants to cover, then working within your own pace and schedule,
you’ll enjoy free meals, services and products, as well as being paid a
good hourly rate, once you submit your report of your shopping
experiences.
2. Being a Mystery Shopper is a win-win-win situation. You’ll “blow the whistle” on bad staff
to their management, improving the buying experience for future shoppers, and you’ll also
get paid and enjoy free goods and services!
The reason big organisations need “ordinary” members of the public to do mystery
shopping is because bosses from “Head Office” would simply know too much about the
systems in place and would not be able to experience the ordering and / or buying process
from a genuine consumer point of view. So in a way, the less experience of the retail world
you have the better.
