IDEACV: set of add­ons to gvSIG for municipal managing
Localgis:
Produced by spanish Ministry of Industry Tourism and Commerce
Municipal managing GIS based set of tools
Main goal of gisEIEL 2008­2009 iteration:
Adding municipal managing tools 1st SIGNERGIAS WORKSHOP
Not “re­inventing the wheel”

GIRONA – FEBRUARY 2009:
Opening to any Spanish administration led GIS Libre project
Setting up of OSOR community
MÁLAGA – MARCH 2009:
Search for general confluence methods:
Data models
Web services (WFS­T, WPS) => Interoperability
Building a set of general rules that may make confluence easier
