Dear President,
After three successful tournaments in 2012 – 2013 - 2014, the Royal Belgian Golf Federation will change the format
of the Belgian International Golf Championship for Boys and Girls U14, to an individual event with Nations Cup for
teams. The Belgian International Golf Championship for Boys and Girls U14 will be held from 9th to 11th July 2015 at
Royal Waterloo Golf Club nearby Brussels.
By changing the team to an individual event, we hope to encourage more federations to participate and also allow
those federations that played in the past to come with more players.
Teams for the nation cup will be composed by 4 players, the three best scores per round count.
A federation will be allowed to compose 1 team of 4 players (boys or girls or mixed).
We look forward to seeing you in Belgium, where we are sure you will enjoy the warmth of the Belgian hospitality in
the beautiful setting of Royal Waterloo Golf Club.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION
ENTRIES – ENTRY FEE
ENTRIES
Entries will be accepted from female and male players who are members of a recognised Golf Union.
AGE LIMIT: born in 2001 or later
HCP LIMIT: Girls : 24.4 Boys 16.4
The player’s National Golf Union must certify the exact handicap at the closing date.
LIMITATION OF ENTRIES – 120 PLAYERS ( 36 Girls, 84 Boys)
 Girls: 36 players max.
 27 entries will be decided using:
- the lowest exact handicaps all Nations taken into account at the closing date
 In addition to the limit number of 27 entries:
- 9 Belgian players selected by RBGF
 Boys: 84 players max.
 69 entries will be decided using:
- the lowest exact handicaps all Nations taken into account at the closing date
 In addition to the limit number of 69 entries:
- 15 Belgian players selected by RBGF
Final entry list will be published on our website on the Friday 5th of June 2015.
ENTRY FORM must be sent to the RBGF not later than the 31th of May 2015 23:00.

CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE
Monday 6th of July arrival of players
Tuesday 7th of July 1st practice round – player registration
Wednesday 8th of July 2nd practice round – player registration – officials meeting – Opening ceremony

Friday 10th of July 2nd round
Saturday 11th of July Final round – Closing ceremony
REGISTRATION
All players must have registered and paid his entry fee in the Tournament Office at the Golf Club before 8th of July 12:00.
A competitor who does not register up to this date and time is liable to be withdrawn from the Championship. If a player is
unable to register in person, a registration by another person, via fax or e-mail will be accepted.
PRIZES
The RBGF shall present the first 3 teams of the Nations’ Cup with a memento

3. CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION
INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Stroke play - 54 holes / 18 holes a day - 9-11 July 2015
In the event of a tie for the first place, a hole-by-hole play-off stroke play will be organized until a winner has been decided. The
holes that will be used for the play-off are to be decided by the Tournament Committee. All other ties will be decided by
matching scorecards (last 18, last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole). If this method does not produce an outcome, lot will decide the
ties.

NATIONS’ CUP
Eligible for play of the Nations’ Cup are teams of three or four players, who entered the competition before closing date and
have been nominated by their National Golf Union either in advance to the RBGF Office or up to the day before the
Championship until 03:00 p.m. in the Tournament Office at the Golf Club.
Each country may enter one team of 4 players (boys or girls or mixed).
Players who are selected by their Federation to play the Nations Cup, are assured to play the competition.
54 holes stroke-play teams’ event – 9-11 July 2015
A tie for any place in the Nations’ Cup shall be decided using:
1. the lowest total of the three lowest scores, one from each day.
2. the sum of the three lowest non-counting scores
3. the best team score of round 3
Any further tie will be decided based on the final stipulated 18, 9, 6, 3 holes or last hole of the best score from each of the tied
teams.
PRACTICE
Only registered players will be permitted to practice during the official practice rounds and in official practice areas.
CADDIES – ELECTRIC GOLF TROLLEYS
a) No caddies are permitted
b) Electric golf trolleys are not permitted.
Two strokes for each hole at which any breach occurred; maximum penalty per round: four strokes. In the event of a breach
between the play of two holes, the penalty applies to the next hole.
For b) Use of any unauthorised form of electric golf trolley shall be discontinued player having a caddie in breach with this
Condition must immediately upon discovery that a breach has occurred ensure that he conforms to this Condition for
the remainder of the stipulated round. Otherwise, the player is disqualified.
