Notes – works like a blog…write a little or write a lot. You can permanently leave a note here for your fans – works well with privacy info, return policies, etc. Discussion – also similar to a blog, but anyone can post a topic and write a response, others can contribute to it…appears on your wall, so everyone can see it. (Examples provided) Reviews – Yes, fans can provide a review of your service/products. Encourage your fans to do this. Makes you more reputable & validates your sales and marketing campaigns.
