Unite our forces to build a music academy where children will be able to express themselves freely through music Ensure a transparent working environment Ensure a discrimination free working environment Create a socially responsible company Participation: Be present during all group meetings Provide the opportunity for equal participation Be open to new opportunities and business ideas Communication: Communicate openly and freely Do not pass judgement Use all communication mediums available to keep in touch Create a common work calendar to suit everyone‘s needs Problem Solving: Encourage constructive criticism Always keep a positive attitude Value each other‘s ideas and points of view Meeting Guidelines: Have a weekly meeting to discuss the development of the project

WBS Approach: Top-down (start with the largest items of the project and break them down) Reason: Using guidelines: although useful, the guidelines are rather general in nature and not specific for our future field of work Analogy report: we don‘t have any knowledge about similar projects being carried out in the past Bottom-up approach: specific tasks are still to be defined Mind mapping: not structured enough
