Credit default Swap – Drafting – April 2006-Oct 2007
1) Responsible for controls and support function of the CDS transactions undertaken by traders in
London and New York.
2) Analyzing financial risk involved in drafting a credit default swaps confirmation and issuing
documents to client on time to ensure it does not have financial and legal impact on business
3) Publishing daily MIS to estimate the daily trade inflow and to analyze and resolve pending cases
