and you feel stressed and exhausted most of the time.

Saying “no” is a kind of art and it has to be trained for achieving better
results thus providing more time and better opportunities for your priorities.

                          When I have to Say “No”

•   And I am overwhelmed, the situation becomes even worse.

•   And I am overloaded, I feel guilty.

•   And I cannot cope with things, I am confused.

•   But I cannot refuse, I blame myself after that.

•   But I Think I should do more and more, I get exhausted.

                                PRACTICE:
   Find a quiet place.
   Calm down.
   Listen to yourself saying “YES” and “NO”.
   Keep doing it.
   Observe how you feel both ways.
   Be resourceful.
   Be grateful.

        Practice until you make a difference between “yes” and “no”
           and use it for taking the right decisions once again to
                  recognize that smart self you used to be
                   when you act without tension and rush.

                   Positive Effects of Saying “No” Properly
Saying “no” in a simple, gentle way is really an art and will:
• Bring your energy back.
• Improve your environment.
• Make you more powerful and influential
• Help you know your own boundaries.
• Let you state your own boundaries in a constructive way.
• Make people respect you and value your time and efforts.

                               Mudra Technique:

•   The index finger folds into a circle touching the base of the thumb.

•    The thumb pad touches the pads of the middle and fourth fingers, while
    the
     little finger sticks up.

Make this finger gesture on both hands for at least 1-2 minute.

Execute this mudra every time you feel unsecure, confused, guilty
or when it is time for you to say “no” and to determine the true
priorities in your daily life.

                             RECOMMENDATION
You can begin to make this simple mudra, which I shared with you,
                   RIGHT NOW.
 Remember to apply it every time you feel depressed, exhausted, worried,
