Your MLM Sponsor… is he Training
You Right?
Don’t get me wrong here I don’t think that sponsors should
have to hold their downlines hand… because they would never
have a LIFE if they did.
What I do believe is that they need to set you on the right track
and put you into the right training to get a quick start with your
network marketing business.
Example:
I have created my own secret Facebook group… so everyone
that I sponsor can get a hold of all the training I provide and
all the marketing tools I have available for them to use.
Now I wont sit there and hold their hand and call every
prospect with them because that would defeat the purpose of
this industry… FREEDOM… right?
What I will do is sponsor them and then set them on the right
track by providing them with my training and marketing tools
and plugging them into a community on Facebook where they
can talk, and share ideas on the group.
The reason I do it this way is because it creates more
duplications and of course more freedom… that is why we got
into this business and that is why you need to set up systems
in your team.
