I have to give credit where credit is due. These are David Wood’s words from the webinar held
on November 1, 2012. I wish I could say they were mine but their not. I’m new and still learning.
I’m so glad that David Wood is unselfishly giving us this envalueble information to help us grow
our business.
After watching David Wood’s video on our Empower Network 15K webinar which is as you all
know in our back office, on Nov. 1, 2012. I decided to transcribe some of the class so that
members of Empower Network would have the opportunity to read what David was teaching us
in the class. There are those of us who comprehend information better by reading than by
listening. But that doesn’t mean you can ignor any of our lessons in our 15K area. It is there for
a reason. Use them. This is not the compete class but a guide line. The steps we should take to
incease our income and through our Empower Business.

2. THEY NEVER LET US DOWN !
Once again our two David’s have stood up to the plate and hit a home run. This new 15K is
going to make those of us who put in the time and effort very very succesful. Now I know this is
only the beginning but it has kicked my “you know what” into high gear. Why you might ask?
Because I now know exactly what steps I must take to move forward. This information from
David Wood is just incredible. He tells us what the most important things we should do but most
importantly what we should not do. The way he goes into detail by detail on exactly what we
should do first and then second and so on. You see that’s what I needed. I feel that when these
lessons are complete we will know what we as new entrepureneur’s and even the pros will have
to do to make our businesses a huge success. The Dave’s are pulling in our top leaders to share
their stories of their successes that can help us also.
INTENTION AND CLARITY ARE THE FIRST STEPS TO SUCCESS
“You must understand the mechanics of how money is made so you can create it any
time you want. We will learn how to focus and what to focus on.”
FORMULATE A PLAN
1. Most people in direct sales especially focus on stuff they can’t control, to get results. They
focus on having a downline of 100,000 people which is virtually impossible to focus on. They
focus on every thing but what their daily income.
2. The way you produce a monthly income is by focusing you daily actions on producing a daily
income and focusing on only things you can control.
3. Here’s what you can control. You can control the numbers you produce personally. That’s it.
4. Remove all illusions of team duplicating. Remove all illusions of having 100,000 people on your
teams. Remove all the illusions of sponsoring a David Wood or a Tony Rush or having some
leader pop up in your organization. I want you to realize now that by focusing on your
daily income and focusing on the actions you need to take to produce that daily income, it is
all you need to do to reach your goal. If you focus on that and that alone that is what’s
required to produce your dream lifestyle. That’s all that’s required. That’s it, there’s nothing
more. If you can produce your daily income you can produce your monthly income. That
difference between people who are going to make X amount of money a month here and
people who are going to struggle all the time flip flopping back and forth making big checks and
making nothing. It’s people who focus on their daily income.
5. Now here’s the key. Your daily income is going to be tied to daily production. And it has to be
daily. And there’s a reason why. If you focus on anything else, anything else but daily
production, it will produce an undesired emotional state that will send you flip flopping back and
forth between making different amounts of money. If you do it in any other way it won’t work.
6. You need to figure out how many sales of what you’re selling and you need to produce to
average that amount per day. Not how many sales your teams are producing. Not how many
duplications you have. How many sales do you need to average per day in order to make that
number happen. How many sales do you have to average per day.
Well everyone that’s it. Davids information should give us all something to think about and put
into action. But it’s not going to do any of us any good if we don’t use it. I must thank David for
the time he gave us that evening and thank him and David Sharpe for the time they are going
to give us in the future. These webinars will put us on the right track to becoming successful
entrepreneur’s.

It takes all of the hard part away and all you do is plug and play and blog. You just write an
