Trip Itinerary: Mera Peak: 19 days
Highlights
       All 2012 and 2013 climbs guided by an Everest              After summiting you descend back to Khare for the night

Day 7: Tagnak glacier acclimatisation (5000m)

Climb Mera Peak - Highest Trekking Peak in Nepal | Private Expeditions

From Lukla you descend first to Surke where you cross the river before climbing steeply to Chutok La. From there it is about another hour of undulating flat to Paiya and your first lodge on this trek. Day 3: Paiya to Panggom La (2846m) The day starts with a sharp descent through mainly cultivated hillsides till you reach the wooden bridge where you cross the Piya Khola river. Another tough climb brings you back up to Kari La from where you traverse on typical Nepali flat for most of the afternoon before you reach the Sherpa village of Summary Panggom La. Mera Peak combines summiting the highest trekking peak in Nepal with a beautiful walk in up the relatively quiet Arun Day 4: Panggom La to the Bamboo camp (3145m) Valley.
