Xpert Conexions is a Group Company of Shramik Power Job Pvt. Ltd. and is Promoted by
the following experienced HR professionals:
Colonel Shailesh - Telecom Engineer from NIT Warangal and an MBA
in HR. 20 years of telecom experience in Indian Army - Corps of
Signals & 16 years in Corporate HR. Last assignment was with Bharti
Airtel as Vice Prez HR
Rajan Dutta – An Entrepreneur & a HR professional
engaged in organization turnaround, business strategy
& transformational leadership. A strategic HR leader
with deep involvement in organizational development & people
management. In his 30 years of rich experience has held Top
Leadership positions as President, Corporate HR at Reliance
Communications Ltd, President/Director and Management Board
Member in organizations like Lupin Ltd, Airtel, Idea, Xerox, RPG etc
J P Raman – HR professional with 25 years of Corporate experience.
Has worked in all spheres of HR in organizations like RPG Group,
Escotel, Idea Cellular and Bharti Airtel. He is a Commerce Graduate
and holds PG Diploma in IR&PM
