Through the use of an online story generating

the elements of narrative forms to create a story.

sentence structures and punctuation.

6. Lesson Development
Learning Activities:
• After reviewing the story elements, students will work
together with a peer to write a short story using an online
story generator.
• Teacher will discuss the project rubric with students.
• The teacher will hand out graphic organizers so that the
students can organize their ideas for their story.
7. Lesson Development
• The teacher will present the online story generator, My
Story Maker to students.
• Each pair of students will develop their characters, choose
their settings and write a coherent story that includes:
introduction, rising action, climax, falling action and
resolution.
• After completing the story, the students can read their
work from the Author’s Chair.
