• Près d’1 acteur sur 4 n’est présent sur
aucun réseau social
• Facebook est le réseau dominant
• Google+ fait un démarrage modeste
• Les autres réseaux (blogs, Flickr,
Instagram, Pinterest…) sont marginaux
Présence selon la taille de l’entreprise

discriminant sur sa présence
• Facebook résiste, même pour les
entreprises moins importantes en CA
• 16% seulement des sociétés de 2 à 5M€

performances entre acteurs
• Nombre de fans Facebook: un rapport de 1 à 100
• En moyenne, sur les 250 sociétés étudiées, une
marque est suivie par près de 7200 fans
• Pour les 25% des marques les plus suivies, on
atteint une moyenne de 24 150
• Contre seulement 220 pour le quart inférieur
Cette hétérogénéité existe même sur des
sociétés de taille ou activités identiques
