• Filter your results

4. Searching Google Scholar...
• A collection of academic publications, predominantly articles
• Subject coverage unknown – though recognised as having improved
• Can be ‘connected’ to UoB online journal collections
• When off-campus, go to ‘Scholar Preferences’ and find U.of Brighton
• Look for PDF or ‘Find it @ Brighton’ for full text
• Other items can usually be obtained via the ILL service
• Not as powerful as ‘paid for’ collections in the Online Library
