3. Let’s get started

4. Go to invoicebubble.com

5. Click “Create an Invoice”

6. Enter your first name
pamsuperva 2012 6

7. Enter Email

8. Enter Password

9. Click on “Get Started”

10. You will see this page

11. Click on “My Account” to set-up your
personal or company details

12. Fill up the details

13. Once done, click “Save Changes” at
the bottom

14. Once done, click on “Dashboard”

15. You will go back to this page

16. Simply click “Create an Invoice” to
create your first invoice

17. An auto Reference # is generated. You
have an option to change it

18. Select or Add a Client

19. Select Payment Terms

20. Choose Paid? Yes or No

21. Click Show Options

23. Choose Currency

24. Enter Discount (if any)

25. Enter Tax Percentage

26. Enter Date. It is usually defaulted on the day you
create the invoice

27. Select Public? Yes or No? Yes means the client can view
invoice and No means keep the invoice private

28. Choose if you allow papal for your payment

29. Choose if this is a recurring invoice

30. Click “Save Changes”

31. You will be led to this page

32. Enter Item

33. Enter Time / Quantity

34. Enter Cost

35. Click + sign to add item

36. Once done, you can send the invoice
to client
