1. How to create an AdWords Search Term Report for use with the FREE queryminer negative keyword analysis
2. Step 1: Click on ‘All Online Campaigns’ from the tree menu
3. Step 2: Select a date range for the last 12 months (or the next longest time frame available). Note: do not choose ‘All time’ from the date range menu as this does not include an actual date range that is need for your analysis.
4. Step 3: Click on the ‘Dimensions’ tab. Note: if the ‘Dimensions’ tab is not present you may have to add it from the ‘Show tabs’ dropdown.
6. Step 5: Select these columns: Search Term, Campaign, Ad Group, Match Type, Impressions, Clicks, Cost, & Conversions. Note: other columns will be ignored by queryminer.
7. Step 6: Download the search term report as a .csv.gz (zipped file). Note: using the .csv.gz file format will make the upload much quicker.
