PSTET was conducted for appointing the primary and elementary stage teachers by State
Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT). The candidates who have given
Primary Stage Teacher Test will become teachers for Class I-V while the candidates who
had applied for Elementary Stage Teacher Test will become Teachers for Class VI to
Class VIII.
