2. Type www.paypal.com in your address bar

3. Login with your email address and password

4. Select the Merchant Services tab

5. Select the “Buy Now Buttons”

6. You will be taken to this page…

7. Choose “Buy Now” as a button type

8. In the Item name, type your product name or title

9. Choose your currency and type the price of your product

10. Scroll down…

11. If you are selling a physical product, type the shipping fee

12. Use tax rate if applicable

13. If you are selling digital products, skip this step

14. Next, click on Step 2 (for physical products only)

15. Check the boxes to track inventory and profit

16. You can skip this step if you don’t want to track your
inventory

17. Next, go to Step 3

18. Answer the following questions

19. For digital products, you don’t need the shipping address

20. If you want the customers to be taken to a website when
they cancel checkout, type the web address here

21. Otherwise, un-tick the box, and leave this blank

22. This step is important and should never be left blank

23. After checkout, you should take your customer to a thank
you page, a download page, or instructions page

24. • A thank you page is where you can tell them further
instructions on the status of their order.
• If it’s a physical product, you tell them the expected time
of shipment and what they need to prepare.
• For digital products, you can tell them where they can
download the product. You can send them an email with
the download link and inform them to check their email.

26. • You can also send them directly to the download page if
you are selling digital products.

28. This is where you type the address of your thank you page
or your download page

29. Click the Create Button

30. You will be taken to this page…

31. If you need the the PayPal button image, select the
website code

32. This image will now appear on your website and will link to
your PayPal account

33. If you only need the payment link, click the email tab

34. Copy this code to link to your PayPal to receive payments

35. Example of other images that can link to PayPal using the
email code

36. So, when your customers click on any of these buttons…

37. They can now send you their payment
directly to your PayPal account

38. • All you have to do is to copy the code that you need and
paste it in your sales page html
• This automates your sales process and you can now make
money even while you are on vacation
