 Lack of an efficient mechanism that delivers service, information
and advisory in an easy and convenient method.
 Reaching out for making service requests and escalating
grievances is a pain area.
 Finding the right advisor is another pain point.
Solution
 ServeTM financial assistant app will offer an easy to use mobile platform that
will help users make their service requests and info requests.
 The app connects consumers in the financial services industry with the financial
institutions and their trained advisors.
 The app will also help consumers set & track financial goals and will provide
useful calculators, informative & interactive content.
 ServeTM, in future, will also become an “Account Aggregator” for users who can
have all their financial transactions on a single screen.
 ServeTM, in future, will also build a CRM app for Partners.

Solution  ServeTM financial assistant app will offer an easy to use mobile platform that will help users make their service requests and info requests.  The app connects consumers in the financial services industry with the financial institutions and their trained advisors.  The app will also help consumers set & track financial goals and will provide useful calculators, informative & interactive content.  ServeTM, in future, will also become an “Account Aggregator” for users who can have all their financial transactions on a single screen.  ServeTM, in future, will also build a CRM app for Partners.
