JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the restaurant Supervisor, manager
Coordinating with food service between kitchen and restaurant service staff.
Enforcing all the rules and regulations.
Monitoring all the beverage consumption and address issues of intoxication.
Adhering to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure participate in dining area and Service area cleaning activities.
Resolve guest complaints regarding food and service.
Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Control inventories of food, equipment and report shortages to designated personnel.
