- Me by me! This is my story! Don’t be afraid to tell it.
- Even though this is not a required slide, I want to include it anyway. Here, I just want to mention my mentors, Carrie and Chenkay, and St. Wise. That’s all.
- According to the presentation David gave us, this is the first thing to cover. The picture of me at Nats Park reflects one of the jobs I have now while the other slide shows the portion of the slide about my school.
- There are two slides that proved very challenging for this project. This was the first one . It was a challenge to do this slide because I’ve learned so much from the program. However, if I could focus on six of the most important things I’ve learned, it would be these five points. The pictures reflect the following: Confidence in skill sets. How I use to feel about my resume. A little brevity during the presentation on what not to wear to an interview.
- This slide covers my short-term goals. These are just some of the goals.
- This slide compliments the last slide.
- This is the second set of slides that compliment each other.
- This is a compliment of the last slide.
- This slide looks very busy and that’s good because this is the way I want it to look. I want it to be a true reflection of what my life will look like. It will be busy because I will be busy living the life I want to live. This also the most important slide because this is what I’m striving for, where I want to be. This is also the second most challenging slide in this presentation. In addition, I have a personal connection to three of these things. The house is the model home where I did my first bartending gig. The Rolls Royce was selected b/c I ridden in a Rolls before. The picture of the horse and the rider represents the times when I use to ride years ago. The man exercising, I use to exercise years ago. As for the other two pictures regarding the private plan and the tomb in the Valley of Kings, these are things that I long to do.
- Be ready for any questions and be sharp in answering them. Remember, don’t say “um”, no nervous energy, and maintain eye contact. In addition, keep the answers concise and to the point. Just tell my story!
