10. Can we still send an email to the group? Yes. The Admin will enter a news items and “blast” it to the group. The Admin can send it so everyone (including “web only” users) receive the email. How much time will we need to moderate the site/content? Depends on how frequently it is used. We can setup several moderators so the burden is not on one person. Once we see how people are using it, we can remove the moderation on a section by section basis. Top Concerns
11. Do we need Church At Charlotte support? No financial assistance is required. Big Tent is free. It does require a CAC staff member to be part of the group (similar to their Facebook policy – per Chuck Jones). This will be a volunteer run site (e.g, Rich Sauser primary admin/trainer).
