3. SUMMARY
I studied Industrial Design at Politecnico di Bari in
the south of Italy and then I moved to Milan
where I specialized in Product Design at the
Politecnico di Milano.
After I finished my master degree, I had the
opportunity to work inside the 3M Design Lab in
Italy.
My experience there has given me a deep
understanding of all the processes behind a global
project. While working inside 3M, I designed
projects for:
Scotch-Brite®, Scotch®, Post-it®, 3M Display &
Graphics (D&G), Filtrete™, and more.
I am currently working as the product and strategic
designer at NARAI, an Italian design consultancy
studio for large companies and multinational
brands. Here I design projects from home/office and
retail products to consumer electronics and UX/UI
for companies such as Scotch-Brite®, Fastweb,
Allianz, Casa Bugatti, Mexus, We-Made and others.
I am interested in trend analysis and I love to follow
innovations in technology.
I believe that design thinking is key for a company
to grow and keep up with the competitive market.
The quality that represents me the most is curiosity.
I believe that it’s an invaluable skill because it allows
one to evolve with the rapid changes in our society.
For me, it is important to be aware that every simple
thing around me has its own beauty.
This is why I trust in the value of simplicity.
4. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF A PROJECT IS THE STORYTELLING,
BECAUSE WHAT PEOPLE REALLY CARE ABOUT
IS THE STORY BEHIND THE PRODUCT.
7. FIRST_MOKA_2006
The idea of this concept is to use
simple geometric forms to design a
rational and timeless moka. The
design consists of circles of the same
radius that are placed around a
rectangle to give form. Simplicity
becomes its strongest feature.
8. PENCIL_CHILD CHAIR_2006
Inspired by a colored pencil, this
chair creates a link between a
child and the objects around their
environment.
This is an identity that shows the
personality of a child and the
tools they use to express
themselves.
9. LULU’_FURNITURE_2006
The idea of Lulu is to add color to your
home and give you the ability to
customize your storage system.
Inspired by the game of Tetris,
simple boxes can mix and match in a
variety of colors to build your own Lulu.
10. LIFE_OUTSIDE_LIGHTING_2007
The form of this outside light is perfect
because it has a slim silhouette at its
base, which then expands into a
triangle shape to allow for more light.

12. FEELER_HATSTAND_2010
The idea behind this project consists of
creating something recognizable with a
strong idendity to let the object to have its
own soul.
As a feeler, this hatstand lets you think to be
on the roof in a fascinating way.
13. DANDY_HALLSTAND_2010
The idea of the Dandy is to create a
simple pattern on the wall while
concealing the hook. It maintains the
functionality with a nice design.
14. DRINK MILK SAVE WATER_2010
An exhibition called "Drink milk, Save Water"
was created in collaboration with MTV to draw
attention to the importance of saving water.

MIMì_LIGHT LAMP_2011
This light was displayed at an
exhibition that my classmates and I
put on. The Mimi was designed in
simplicity to give ambience in a room
through light without the distraction of
an object.
It can be useful in a gallery to give
light to the art or as a simple light in a
home.
16. ADA_WALL LAMP_2011
Ada is a continuation of the Mimi.
A sheet of metal is bent inward which
creates a direction for the light giving
a soft glow appearance.
17. GIULIA_WALL LAMP_2011
Giulia is a sheet of metal that is
formed to centralize the light to give a
soft glow appearance.
Semplicity became the key word.
18. CANDLE_DESK LAMP_2011
A light that is inspired by a candle stick.
The opening at the tips allows for the
light to flicker outward like the glow of a
candle.
19. WEARBLE LOVE_RINGS_2011
These matching rings and bracelets
are worn separately by a couple, and
then can be linked together creating
the symbol of infinity.
20. IVY_AUGMENTED REALITY FOR
THE FUTURE CITY_ 2011
How can new technology improve and
let us live better inside our cities?
Ivy gives an answer to this question
by a concept of a totem that uses the
augmented reality. The idea was
showed at SEICENTRO fair in
Bergamo.
21. TWITTER_LOGO CONCEPT_2011
Simplicity allows you to understand
more and better. This is the idea
behind this logo.
How would twitter be in a more simple
and immediate image?
22. MY MAKEUP_LOGO _2011
A simple logo for www.mymakeup.it
blog. Iconic shapes that tell a story
23. COCOON_FLOWER POT_2011
The cocoon is enveloping and sensual.
The shape reflects the natural lines of a
flower creating a harmonious design
between the object and the flowers.
24. MOBILE TOILET EVOLUTION_CONCEPT_2011
The portable toilet is a design that comes from a basic
human necessity.
It is simply to take a product that exists and modify its
features in order to accomodate the users, or people,
better.
There are 3 main problems with a portable toilet: the
bad odor, lack of cleanliness, and poor visibility inside.
This design addresses these issues with simple design
solutions. One being, the solar panel at the top. This
will allow for light to turn on when the toilet becomes
occupied. It can also power a ventilation system to
circulate the bad smell and direct it outside.
25. Because we want to avoid contact for sanitary reasons,
there is a place at the bottom of the door for the foot to
open it. Portable toilets should blend into the environ-
ment. By attaching a spine on the back, it allows for
design modification such as a planter or posters for
adverisements
