The new C295W with winglets and Enhanced Performance (EP) engine mode provides:
• Larger payload from Hot & High airfields (6,000ft altitude; ISA+20): 7.5 tons @ 500 nm
• Longer range: 9% increase (2,500 nm+ vs 2,300 nm with 4 tons)
• Fuel savings: 6.5% less fuel on a typical mission (5 tons payload at 1000 nm)

A330 MRTT Operational Summary
• IOC capability achieved for Australian KC-30A, February 2013. First time KC-30A
participation in Cape North 2013 & Point Cook in 1014.
• UK’s A330 Voyager is currently the only operational tanker in the RAF, carrying regular AT
and AAR missions, both in civil and military registers, such as:
– Civil AT: Air-Bridge to Falklands Islands; Military AT: Air-Bridge to Afghanistan
– AAR: Towlines in UK, Trails to deploy fighters, and quick reaction alert,
• Royal Saudi Air Force A330 MRTT used for deployment of F-15 fighters to Green Flag
2013 exercise in UK and Red Flag 2014 exercise in Nevada.
• UAE A330 MRTT used for deployment of F-16 fighters to Red Flag 2014 exercise in Nevada.
