Objective: Show how the spirit of stellar customer service is enacted across
multiple functions within the organization.
Process: This Quest learning environment allows team members to see the
Quest series from the viewpoint of different roles and fully understand the
continuity of the program across TELUS. The integrated experience will enable
team members to take on different roles by visiting locations throughout “TELUS
City.”
