[CLASS OF 1964 PUBLIC AFFAIRS INTERNSHIP FUND
PUBLIC POLICY INTERN PROFILE]
Diana Ming is from Morristown, NJ and is pursuing a
Government major and French minor. Diana is the Executive
Editor of The Dartmouth, Dartmouth College’s independent
student newspaper. She is also a Presidential Scholar in the
Government department for Prof. Jennifer Lind, an
admissions tour guide and a member of Alpha Phi sorority.
Diana graduated as Valedictorian and a National AP Scholar
from the Academy of St. Elizabeth in Convent Station, NJ.
She spent last fall at the London School of Economics
through the Government Foregin Study Program and
sophomore winter in Lyon, France on the French Language
Study Abroad program. Diana participated in the First Year
Fellows program interning for Sen. Kirsten E. Gillibrand ’88 (D-NY) in Washington, D.C. She has
also completed Civic Skills Training, MLDP and was a communications assistant for the
Rockefeller Center. She hopes to pursue a career in political journalism or law after graduation.
Diana was funded by the Rockefeller Center for a Summer 2013 Internship, with generous
support from the Class of 1964 Public Affairs Internship Fund.

office and what kind of role the media plays in the public policy world. I have learned on an
extensive level how our national legal system is operated and my work has given me further
inspiration and motivation to pursue law and public service.

  • 1. [CLASS OF 1964 PUBLIC AFFAIRS INTERNSHIP FUND PUBLIC POLICY INTERN PROFILE] Diana Ming is from Morristown, NJ and is pursuing a Government major and French minor. Diana is the Executive Editor of The Dartmouth, Dartmouth College’s independent student newspaper. She is also a Presidential Scholar in the Government department for Prof. Jennifer Lind, an admissions tour guide and a member of Alpha Phi sorority. Diana graduated as Valedictorian and a National AP Scholar from the Academy of St. Elizabeth in Convent Station, NJ. She spent last fall at the London School of Economics through the Government Foregin Study Program and sophomore winter in Lyon, France on the French Language Study Abroad program. Diana participated in the First Year Fellows program interning for Sen. Kirsten E. Gillibrand ’88 (D-NY) in Washington, D.C. She has also completed Civic Skills Training, MLDP and was a communications assistant for the Rockefeller Center. She hopes to pursue a career in political journalism or law after graduation. Diana was funded by the Rockefeller Center for a Summer 2013 Internship, with generous support from the Class of 1964 Public Affairs Internship Fund.
