In the 2012 Armenian general election, a section of the
youth was frustrated with the candidates.
Many of them started using __X__'s name as an almighty
character; the sort of leader they needed in their country.

As the Electoral Code of Armenia does not envisage
“against all” option on the ballot, young voters added
