2. CHEATING What is cheating?when a person misleads, deceives, or acts dishonestly on purpose by stealing other information. Online cheating is the easiest way for cheating , while if the person want to cheat, s/he can cheat in a regular class because the cheating ways are changed… SO There is two important points related to this issue: 1. cheating methodologies is always changed. 2. online learning world is like the traditional world that susceptible cheating. But while every provider of distance learning must look for new and improved ways to measure and examine test-taking authenticity, “ Creative cheaters exist in every endeavor”

9. LMS Learning management system: is a software application for the administration, documentation, used often to set e-learning programs and training content. It is important to have a LMS to create online sessions, assessments and upload different resources.

10. INFRUSTRACTURE It is the basic physical and organizational structure required for the operation of a classroom, such as network connection and electricity. It will be important if they used the blended learning system for delivering information to students.

BUDGET The money needed for providing technical support as well as teacher training ,course management and the website it’s self need a budget to buy a server, bute-learning helps reducing the budget as you don’t need to build a school and pay for chairs and other facilities not to mention computers and other technologies, just too many things that makes the principle head’s spin !

SUPPORT It is not easy to manage a website especially if it has hundreds of students and because of that it gets busy, putting lots of pressure on the website creating technical problems and errors .The maintenance for a website doesn’t take a long time but it does require a highly professional IT programmers and experts
