Infographic
Goals and Expectations
Create an engaging and shareable infographic around the topic of “Reuse” in
order to illustrate the results of a consumer survey, highlight NBCUniversal's
internal reuse activities, and inspire consumers to actively reuse.
Challenge
• Create a compelling story out of raw consumer survey data, consumer reuse
examples and disparate internal reuse stats
• Communicate all 3 key messages of the story in one visually appealing graphic
while adhering to brand standards
Approach
• Through analyzing the research and data we were able to develop an overall
story of “Reuse” and cover key messages of Educate, Example and Action
• The wireframe process laid out the placement of the statistics to support each
message
• A color scheme and graphics were then applied to enhance the data and
visually enhance the communication of messages
Results
• Distributed by NBCUniversal during earth week, including placement on the
Green is Universal Blog
• Helped consumers realize the growth of reuse and illustrate how they can
participate in reuse activities
