What is considered as appropriate behaviour on social networks. How to set up privacy in social networks. Refer to Curriculum Documents VELS level 6 : ‘What do I want students to achieve in terms of skill and content acquisition in this lesson?’ This task will teach students how to be cyber savvy and be cyber responsible. 8. LESSON INTRODUCTION (Whole class focus 10 min) Introduce what social networking is. Show a video on social networks.
9. MAIN COMPONENT OF LESSON (35 minutes) Interative discussion about the charecteristics of social networks. Discuss what are the pitfalls of social networks. Discuss how to protect yourself while using social networks.
10. LESSON CONCLUSION (5 minutes) Discuss with students about what they have learnt from the lesson.
