External genitalia = normal multiparous MIUB = normal
MIUB or NIUB = normal M = multiparous
M= Multiparous I = Introitus
N= Nultiparous U = Uretha
I = Introitus B = Bartholin’s gland
S = Skene’s gland
B = Bartholin’s gland
Vagina = normal mucosa, normal white discharge
Cervix = Multiparous cervix, no gross lesion, normal discharge per os.,
os closed, no tenderness on cervical movement
Uterus = Nornal size, retroverted, mobile, not tender
Adnexa = No mass palpable, normal both sides
Recto-vaginal exam
No hemorrhoid
Normal sphincter tone, rectal mucosa normal, no tumor mass
