- Designed for teachers, which is slightly different then the way you teach students.
- Emerging trends team research, survey secondary and post-secondary faculty, and statewide and local advisory committees
- After surveying for preferred topics, workshops were scheduled, but enrollment was not sufficent.
- No-Shows are not a localized problem. This was a problem at New Horizons, where they are now charging colleges for no-shows. Normal workshop enrollment minimum is 10 participants. In some cases workshops were held as scheduled with low enrollment if the material was needed and/or some cases when the Instructor is providing instruction at no charge.
