for Blank Label was the realization by bringing together
generationally trained taiors in Shanghai, with the simplest
and best online custom experience, you could build a
bespoke destination for the 21st century. The game-
changer was by cutting out the costs of brick-and-morter
and sales people, one could go direct to the consumer and
deliver a custom luxury at a revolutionary price point.
Founded in Boston in 2008 by Fan Bi, the genesis of a custom was
informed by the time he spent in London and being inspired by the
heritage of custom on Saville Row.

5. Clients choose house cottons or imported Italian and Japanese specialties. They can customize
their collar or cuff shape to have, as an example, a semi-spread collar and french cuff. Embroidery
is included gratis. All sizing is fully bespoke, and clients can take a seamless sizing survey asking
questions like their jacket size to fit preference. Shirts are are hand cut, hand stitched and hand
pressed in Shanghai which has tailoring culture that dates back to the early 1900s. Turnaround is
between one and four weeks, delivered to your door. Shirts retail from $75 to $165.
