 Time management is the act or process of planning
  and exercising conscious control over the amount of
  time spent on specific activities, especially to increase
  effectiveness, efficiency or productivity.
 Effective time management is a primary means to a
  less stressful life. These practices can help you reduce
  your stress and reclaim your personal life.
Time management may be aided by a range of skills,
  tools, and techniques
 Planning
 Allocating
 Setting goals
 Delegation
 Analysis of time spent
 Monitoring
 Organizing
 Scheduling
 Prioritizing
Why do we need to manage our time?
 Eliminate wastage
 Be prepared for meetings
 Refuse excessive workloads
 Monitor project progress
 Allocate resource (time) appropriate to a task's importance
 Ensure that long term projects are not neglected
 Plan each day efficiently
 Plan each week effectively

 Break large, time-consuming tasks into smaller tasks
    Work on them a few minutes at a time until you get them all done.

 Learn to say “NO”
    Let others know you are doing work and encourage
     them not to bother you
CONCLUSION
 Time management may give you a sense of achievement
 because you can complete your tasks on time without
 crossing the deadlines.
 Time management can enhance your energy because
 after completing the tasks on time, you get more
 relaxed.
 Time management also increases the productivity and
 personal satisfaction. For time management techniques
 to succeed, you must fit them into your life style, not the
 other way around.
