3. “Peter little” says communication is the process by which
information is transmitted between individuals and/ or
organisation so that an understanding response result.
5. Sender of the message is the person who contacts other
person with the objective of passing the message, the
sender may be a superior, a subordinate or any other
person.

intended to be passed to the receiver from the sender.
Message may be in the form of ideas, opinion, feelings, views,

receiver has received the message and understand it in the
same as the receiver intended. Feedback is a system that helps
in understanding whether the system is working properly.
