Traineeships for Learners tell you all about Traineeships: what they are, how to apply for one and what you will do on one.
Traineeships are a scheme to get young people into work with the skills that they will need to progress in their career. They are for people who don't have enough relevant experience or understanding of the field that they wish to enter as an Apprentice. Traineeships can help participants grow in confidence in the working world and give real life work experience which will be invaluable for their future success.
