2. • We will be taking the pictures in the studio as we want a black
background.
• The background does not really matter as it will be removed and the
CD cover background will be either black or grey.
• Images will be taken on December 18th just before the Christmas
holidays
Location

3. Artist image
• We would like the artist to wear plain white or black clothing as this
was the theme in the music video and she is also a soul artist so we
want her to maintain a mature and elegant image
• Her poses will be feminine and modest as she is a artist for middle
aged and younger audiences.
• We will take a range of shots which will include shots of her; sitting
down, standing up, high angle shots and low angle shots, shots of
her looking directly at the camera and not directly at the camera

4. CD
• The cd will be 4 panels;
1. The outside panel will have an image of our artist with her name and the name
of her album above her. The background colour will be black or grey
2. The back of the album will have the track list which will be in the same font as
the album name. The bar code, record label company and copy right
information will be put on the top or bottom of the panel
3. The inside panels will have an image of the artist while she is looking away or in
an alternative pose. There will be either a signature, or recognition given as
well
4. The CD panel will be simple with a black CD. The CD will have the Copy right
information on it, the name of the Artist and the name of the album.

5. Themes
• I want to scatter an image of a white rose all around the album which
will be the theme of the album. The name of the album may be
‘Roses and thorns’ or ‘Pills and potions’
• I will echo Emeli Sandes album ‘Our Version Of Events’
On my blog I have an image of a mock up of my album cover.
